Hidden Brackets

We believe that every detail is incredibly important. That’s why we created our own unique method for melding our structures together. Our unique ‘hidden bracket’ technology creates a seamless join between the rafters, posts, and beams, giving you an elegant, minimalist design.

QUALITY MATERIAL

Acrylic Roofing

Acrylic is lightweight, half that of glass, but nine times stronger, and can be used outside with confidence. We use 6mm acrylic, this thickness gives the acrylic enough rigidity to hold true to its shape without deforming, giving it a glass affect when used as roofing. Unlike the commonly used corrugated it is very easy to maintain and keep clean, simply hose off or for a more comprehensive clean, soap and a mop work exceptionally well. Acrylic also has the added benefit of blocking 98% of UV light, this translates to an approximate 40% reduction in heat, the complete reduction in sun-damage to any furniture or flooring, and the mitigation of sun-damage on skin.

SUPERIOR STRUCTURE

Aluminium

Finding the right materials is the keystone to creating the highest quality products. We have opted to use aluminium for the basis of all structural elements as it is lightweight, strong, and is corrosion resistant. This makes it a more versatile material which is perfect for creating unique structures in any environment. At Sanctuary Pergolas we use 3mm section aluminium, this allows us to span 6m in any direction without the need for additional supports.

COLOUR RANGE

Dulux Powder Coating

We finish all structural elements with a coat of the Dulux’s power-coating range, Duralloy. Enabling you to choose from a wide range of colours to either match your house or to create a dynamic contrast. All nuts, bolts, and fixings are colour matched to the rest of the structure, allowing them to blend in and add to the ‘clean’ aesthetic that we strive to achieve.
